General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of SWIVON
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by SWIVON, unless otherwise amended or
supplemented by written agreement. By making a booking, the customer accepts these Terms and
Conditions. Any deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly
acknowledged in writing by SWIVON.
2. Contracting Party
Your contracting party is PMG VUKCEVIC, a sole proprietorship registered in Switzerland, operating under
the brand SWIVON® (registered trademark at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE),
trademark number 844732), with registered office at Lärchenstrasse 2, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland. Owner and
responsible person: Predrag Vukcevic.
3. Scope of Services
SWIVON provides chauffeur and transfer services in accordance with the current service description on our
website or as per individual quotation. The price includes transport from the agreed pickup location to the
destination, as well as standard assistance with luggage. Special requests (e.g. additional stops, extended
waiting times, special transport requirements) must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Prices and Bookings
All prices stated on our website or in quotations are gross prices (inclusive of VAT). Bookings are binding for
the customer. A legally valid contract is concluded upon booking. A 5% instant discount is granted for direct
online bookings via www.swivon.ch.
5. Pickup Instructions
Airport Pickups
Our chauffeur will meet and greet customers at the airport arrival terminal holding a name board sign, or will
meet the customer as previously agreed. If you are unable to locate the chauffeur, please contact our team
immediately: +41 78 320 66 40.
Other Pickup Locations
Our chauffeur will meet the customer at the specified pickup address. At cruise ports, bus terminals, and
other public transport hubs, the chauffeur will wait with a name board sign at the nearest designated
customer pickup area. To avoid a no-show fee, customers must not leave the designated meeting point
without first notifying our team.
FBOs (Private Jet Terminals)
Due to specific protocols at FBO terminals, different waiting time terms and rates apply compared to
commercial airport pickups. Please contact our team for further information.
6. Waiting Time
At Airports
SWIVON monitors all flights in real time. The price-inclusive waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight
landing time. Delays caused by the flight are not charged additionally. Any additional waiting time beyond this
will be charged per started hour at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle class.
Other Locations
The price-inclusive waiting time is 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. Any additional waiting time will be
charged per started hour at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle class.

In the event of a cancellation or rebooking while the chauffeur is already en route or less than one hour
remains until the start of the journey, the full fare will be charged. If the distance or number of hours is less
than originally booked, the agreed price remains unchanged.
8. Customer Obligations
The customer is obliged to provide all relevant information (pickup location, destination, time, flight number,
number of passengers, luggage details) accurately and completely. Incorrect or incomplete information may
cause delays for which SWIVON accepts no liability. Any modification, cancellation, additional stop, or
service that differs from the original booking must be arranged and authorised exclusively through SWIVON
— not directly with the chauffeur.
9. Passengers and Luggage
SWIVON shall not be responsible or liable if the number of passengers and/or luggage exceeds the number
originally booked and confirmed by SWIVON. Excess luggage will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
The chauffeur has the authority to determine the amount of luggage that can be transported. SWIVON is not
responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.
10. Behaviour in the Vehicle
A strict no-smoking policy applies in all vehicles. The consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not
permitted. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of any vehicle. Any
loss of earnings resulting from the vehicle being taken out of service will also be billed to the customer.
SWIVON reserves the right to refuse the carriage of animals that were not agreed upon in advance or that are
not housed in a suitable, closed transport container.
11. Transport Safety and Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with Swiss legal requirements (third-party liability). Liability for
luggage is limited to standard insurance amounts. The need for child safety seats must be requested at the
time of booking, specifying the number, type, and age of the children to be transported. In larger-capacity
vehicles (minibuses and coaches), child safety seats are not mandatory for safety and practical reasons.
12. Payment
Payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euro (€). All prices include 8.1% Swiss VAT. Payment is
due no later than 10 days after completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. Withholding payments or
offsetting against unacknowledged counterclaims is not permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability
SWIVON shall not be liable for delays or service failures caused by force majeure (natural events, traffic
congestion, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, road works, strikes, chauffeur
illness, or instructions from authorities). Liability for indirect damages (e.g. lost profit, missed flights,
consequential costs) is excluded. The maximum liability is limited to the price of the booked journey. This
does not apply to damages to life, body or health caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
by SWIVON. In cases of force majeure, SWIVON reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an
equivalent vehicle that may differ in colour and model.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with Swiss law (DSG/nDSG) and our Privacy Policy,
which is available at all times on our website www.swivon.ch.
15. Intellectual Property
All texts, logos, trademarks, images and other content on the SWIVON website are the intellectual property of
SWIVON or its licensors. Any use beyond what is required for booking and carrying out the journey is
prohibited without the express written consent of SWIVON.
16. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
SWIVON reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our
website at the time of booking shall be the authoritative version. Should any individual provision of these
Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
17. Assignment
SWIVON is entitled to transfer rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to third parties,
provided this does not conflict with the legitimate interests of the customer. The customer may not assign
their rights or obligations under this contract without the written consent of SWIVON.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection
with these Terms and Conditions is Bülach, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection
provisions of the country in which the customer is domiciled remain unaffected. SWIVON always endeavours
to resolve any disputes with customers amicably and by mutual agreement.
