About Birdy's by Achtien

Birdy’s by Achtien is a quiet gem on the lower lake at Brunnen. Christian Vogel cooks in a creative, unconventional, vegetable-led style: sharing plates and a multi-course surprise menu that can be extended with fish or meat from the Big Green Egg. Coaching comes from chef Jeroen Achtien. Relaxed and directly on the water.

Brunnen sits on the far arm of Lake Lucerne, well off the usual Zurich routes.
