ZOE is a purely vegetarian fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Bern’s old town on Münstergasse. The kitchen puts vegetables centre stage and works with first-class, seasonal and regional produce. Contrast-rich creations such as pickled kohlrabi with toasted buckwheat, spruce-needle sorbet and a buttermilk broth show its creative signature.
In the low-traffic UNESCO old town, parking is a nightmare. SWIVON drops you right at the door, waits throughout the entire tasting menu and brings you safely back to Zürich afterwards.
