How the fixed price works — transparent and binding
The price is based on distance: a fixed base price for the first leg plus a clear per-kilometre rate, depending on the vehicle class (Business, Business VAN or First Class). You see your fixed price before booking — it remains binding, regardless of traffic jams or diversions.

How is the price for my transfer calculated?
The price is based on distance: a fixed base price for the first kilometres plus a clear per-kilometre rate, depending on the vehicle class. You see the fixed price BEFORE booking, and it remains binding — with no taximeter and no surcharges for waiting time, luggage or night journeys.
Is the fixed price guaranteed — and what is included?
Yes. The confirmed fixed price is binding and includes tolls, the motorway vignette, 8.1% VAT and a generous waiting time at the airport. Depending on the season, public holidays or special requests, the base price may vary — you receive your exact fixed price with the booking confirmation.
Do you also pick me up at Zürich Airport (ZRH), and how does Meet & Greet work?
Of course. With the standard pick-up, you call your chauffeur after passport control and baggage claim, and within a few minutes they pull up in front of the terminal. With Meet & Greet, the chauffeur awaits you with a name sign in the arrivals hall, takes your luggage and accompanies you to the vehicle — included on longer journeys.

How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — especially during peak season and at busy times. We arrange short-notice journeys around the clock, provided a suitable vehicle is available. Simply send us your enquiry.
Are child seats and space for plenty of luggage available?
Yes. We provide child seats and infant carriers free of charge on request. For large or bulky luggage we recommend the Mercedes V-Klasse, with room for up to seven passengers plus suitcases.
How can I pay, and can I cancel free of charge?
You can pay conveniently by TWINT, credit card or on company invoice; a receipt is provided as a matter of course. Free cancellation is possible until shortly before the journey — we state the exact deadline in the booking confirmation.
Do you also drive larger groups?
Yes. In addition to the saloon cars, we arrange minibuses and Sprinters for up to 20 passengers, as well as coaches (up to 30 / up to 50) and double-deckers (up to 80 passengers) on request — ideal for corporate events, clubs or weddings.
