Can we bring skis and snowboards?

Yes, of course. We carry skis, snowboards, boots and helmets free of charge. For your equipment we use a Mercedes Sprinter, Sprinter with trailer or coach – never a limousine. When you make your enquiry, just tell us how many pairs of skis or boards you have with you.

How many people and how much equipment fit in the Sprinter?

Up to 20 people travel in the Mercedes Sprinter together with their ski equipment in a single vehicle. If the bus is fully booked, we attach a trailer purely for the equipment. For larger groups we arrange coaches for up to 30 or up to 50 people, with a trailer if required.

Are the vehicles winter-ready (winter tyres, snow chains)?

Yes. Our vehicles run with all-wheel drive/4MATIC and winter tyres, with snow chains if required. Our chauffeurs know the mountain road to Davos and Klosters and the wintry weather conditions, so that you arrive at the slopes safely and on time.

Is ski transport included in the price?

Yes, the transport of skis and snowboards is included in the price – at no extra charge. The agreed fixed price stays unchanged even in snow, traffic or with a diversion; there is no winter surcharge. You receive the binding price for your group on request.

Do you drive all the way to the valley station or the chalet?

Yes. We take you door to door, directly to your hotel, chalet or the right valley station in Davos Platz, Davos Dorf or Klosters. No changing vehicles, no hauling luggage – you get out at your destination and you are right at the slopes.

Do you also collect large groups and ski schools?

Yes. Ski clubs, ski schools, clubs and company groups are in good hands with us. From the Sprinter to the coach for up to 50 people, your group stays together and the equipment travels along. Just tell us the number of people, the equipment, the date and the pick-up points for a suitable offer.

Ski Transfer Zurich Airport → Davos Klosters for Skiers

You land at Zurich Airport (ZRH) and want to head straight to the Davos Klosters ski region with your skis, snowboard and the whole group – no changing trains in Landquart, no hauling luggage along the platform and no connecting bus. SWIVON collects you and your equipment right at the terminal and takes you door to door, all the way to your hotel, chalet or directly to the valley station. For ski equipment we use exclusively spacious vehicles: Mercedes Sprinter, Sprinter with trailer and coach.

Our Vehicles for the Ski Transfer to Davos Klosters

Skis and snowboards do not fit in an E- or S-Class. For winter sports we therefore rely exclusively on vans and coaches with real cargo space.

Mercedes Sprinter – up to 20 people with equipment

The Mercedes Sprinter offers plenty of room for passengers, skis, boards and luggage in a single vehicle. Winter-ready with all-wheel drive and winter tyres – the first choice for families and smaller ski groups heading to Graubünden.

Sprinter with trailer – when the bus is fully booked

If you travel at full capacity, we attach a trailer: this keeps all the ski equipment safely and dryly stowed away, while every seat inside stays free for your group.

Coach with trailer – for large groups, ski schools & clubs

For large groups we arrange coaches (up to 30 / up to 50 people): the luggage travels in the underfloor compartment, and with a lot of equipment additionally in a trailer. If you would rather hire a coach with chauffeur yourself, we provide the right vehicle. For medium-sized groups, a Sprinter or minibus for up to 20 people is also a good fit.

No limousines: For ski transfers we drive exclusively Sprinters, Sprinters with trailer and coaches – so that your skis, boards and luggage are guaranteed to come along.

Ski Luggage & Equipment

We carry skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and poles free of charge. When you make your enquiry, simply tell us how many pairs of skis or boards you are bringing and whether you have any bulky equipment with you – then we choose a Sprinter, Sprinter with trailer or coach so that everything is safely stowed. We are of course happy to help with loading at the terminal.

Groups, Ski Schools & Clubs

Ski clubs, ski schools, company outings and large chalet parties are in good hands with us. From the Sprinter for the family to the coach for up to 50 people, your group stays together, the luggage travels in the same convoy and you arrive at the ski region as one. Send your enquiry: state the ski region, number of people, amount of equipment, date and addresses.
You receive an offer with the right vehicle (Sprinter / Sprinter with trailer / coach) and your chauffeur’s details.
The chauffeur welcomes you at the airport, helps load the equipment and takes you right to your accommodation or to the valley station.

Route & Travel Time from Zurich Airport

The distance is around 150 km, with a pure travel time of about 1 hour 50 minutes. The route runs along the A3 beside Lake Walen, continues on the A13 through the Rhine Valley to the Landquart exit, and from there up the mountain road to Davos or Klosters. During peak season and at weekends we build in a time buffer so that you reach the slopes on schedule.

We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up time. On this longer route to the ski region, the personal welcome is included: your chauffeur waits for you with a name sign in the arrivals hall, helps with your luggage and equipment and accompanies you to the vehicle. The Davos Klosters Ski Region

Davos Klosters is one of the largest winter sports regions in Switzerland: five ski areas – Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Madrisa, Rinerhorn and Pischa – together offer around 300 km of pistes for skiing and snowboarding, plus freeride, cross-country skiing and winter hiking. The season runs roughly from late November to April. We take you directly to the right valley station in Davos Platz, Davos Dorf or Klosters.

Return Journey: Davos Klosters → Zurich Airport

We are your partner for the return journey too. We collect you and your equipment from your hotel, chalet or the valley station and bring you to Zurich Airport (ZRH) in good time. The return trip uses the same spacious type of vehicle – Sprinter, Sprinter with trailer or coach – and with a time buffer for the mountain road, so that you reach your flight in a relaxed manner.
